- Final Sale: All items purchased on JS Klasik Collection are considered final sale. This means they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We kindly ask that you review your selection carefully before completing your order.
- Exceptions: We understand that mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, JS Klasik Collection will gladly take responsibility. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at jsklasikhq@gmail.com. We may require you to provide photo evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement item and cover all return shipping costs.

- Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items returned with signs of wear, alterations, washing, fragrances, snags, rips, makeup stains, odors, or other damages will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the sender.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
